Mounted assessment – observation of rider’s posture, movement and symmetry.
You do not have to have a mounted assessment as part of your rider physiotherapy but it is extremely useful to establish your habits and how they impact on your horse.
Un-mounted assessment – observation of posture and symmetry, assessment of range of movement, muscle strength and length, palpation of tissues.
